Your order confirmation is received within 5 min.

You receive an email within 5 min. as a confirmation of your order. If it's not in your inbox, please check your unsorted mail or folder "junk email" - if it's not there, you've probably made a typing error when typing your email address. Contact us by e-mail and we will send our copy of your order.

You can prevent your email app. from sorting your emails from us by right-clicking on the email and then click "Never Block Sender." That way you can make sure you always get our email.

How do I know my parcel is shipped?

The moment your parcel is picked up and shipped, you receive a email. If you have chosen normal shipping there is a track number link attached. Click on this link and follow your parcel on the website that appears. Please note, that shipping information appear after 9pm on the day of shipment.

If you have chose economy shipping you will not receive the track number until the parcel reaches your country. You will then be contacted by your local shipping company.
